LIVECTA Transition Programs

Transition Academy

Our purpose

To prepare young adults (18-21), identified with Aspergers Syndrome, for all areas of their life after 21.

LIVECTA is a community-based program where students build upon, and further develop, the skills necessary for independence. Teaching is facilitated by real-life experiences and situations, with an eventual fading of supports to allow for independent practice and generalization of skills.  Working closely with other support services, colleges, and businesses, LIVECTA aids students in developing and maintaining a network of resources in the community for life long independence.
