VOCATIONAL SKILLS PROGRAM
Community based volunteering and skills building
around Southeastern Connecticut
OUR
PROGRAM
The Light House vocational skills building program is part of our Day Service Option at the Community Campus. Participants spend every day taking part in regular volunteer and work activities in the community.

The program provides customized vocational opportunities designed for participants to experience actual work environments in a real life setting within the community. The skills developed in this program prepare individuals to transition into future continued volunteer or work opportunities.
This program has given Michael the chance to discover his strengths and find interests of his own. It has completely transformed his life and prepared him for the next step in his life
